Payments can be made on your account at any time. Each account is looked up by Student’s Name and School - no account # needed.

Please note: Payments are NOT processed in real-time.

(If made within regular business hours, payment should be processed and posted in the same day. If after regular business hours, payment will be processed the next business day.)

All debit/credit card payments will incur a 3.95% processing fee. We do accept cash, checks, & money orders. Payments can also be mailed to our office. *Please note: we do NOT accept checks on Delivery Day at school.

Receipts will be sent by email to the email listed below on payment information. If there is a problem with your payment, you will be notified by text / email.

If you are trying to place a NEW ORDER, please email your order form BEFORE submitting your payment. Order Forms can be downloaded from our website. If we do not have an order to attach a payment to OR if we receive an order with no payment, your order/payment will be on hold until BOTH are received in our office. Please allow 24 hours for new orders to be processed.

If you are placing an order for a Cap/Gown ONLY, you may use the form below. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR HEIGHT & WEIGHT in the NOTES section below. Otherwise, your order will be on hold until measurements are received. For all other orders, an order form MUST BE submitted to our office.
