Make a Payment:

Payments can be made on your account at any time. Each account is looked up by Student’s Name and School - no account # needed. Please contact our office for current account balance. Balances are sent by text periodically unless requested otherwise.

Please note: Payments are NOT processed in real-time. If made within regular business hours, payment should be processed and posted in the same day. If after regular business hours, payment will be processed the next business day.

Receipts will be sent by email to the email listed below on payment information. If there is a problem with your payment, you will be contacted by text / email as well.

All debit/credit card payments will incur a 3.95% processing fee. We do accept cash, checks, & money orders. Payments can also be mailed to our office. *Please note: we do NOT accept checks on Delivery Day at school.

If you are trying to place a NEW ORDER, please email your order form before submitting your payment. Order Forms can be downloaded from our website. If we do not have an order to attach a payment to OR if we receive an order with no payment, your order/payment will be on hold until BOTH are received in our office. Please allow 24 hours for new orders to be processed.

If you are placing an order for a Cap/Gown ONLY, you may use the form below. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR HEIGHT & WEIGHT in the NOTES section below. Otherwise, your order will be on hold until measurements are received. For all other orders, an order form MUST BE submitted to our office.
